Shipping

Free shipping is domestic only.  Alaska and Hawaii and all international sales, air shipping rates apply, contact us for pricing.  Items will ship between 2-5 business days upon receipt of order.  

Orders

We only sell or rent our equipment to businesses, so you must operate a storefront or office.  Please call or email us before you order if you have any questions.  Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days.   

Returns/Refunds

A 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all items with certain restrictions-

A full refund will only be given on undamaged/resellable equipment within 7 days.  There  is  NO restocking fee for unwanted/mistaken/or misunderstood returns however the Buyer pays for return shipping. Returns must be in the original packaging without any damages.  Refunds will be within 7-10 days upon return.  

Warranty

EMG Innovations LLC, warrants items sold through our websIte and business are covered by a 1 yr manufacturer’s warranty free from defects and in brand new, good operating condition.  As an authorized distributor we also handle any defected machines or service issues that may arise from the operation of a product sold through us.  Any service related issues such as defects/error codes/jams/ or any operational problems, the customer must contact us first for service.  We reserve the right to service and repair the product if necessary.  Buyer pays for return shipping on service and replacement.  Any product deemed unfixable within the 1 yr warranty period will be replaced.
